Visitations and Outings

VISITATION FOR 30-90 DAYS:

After the 30 day initial period is over you may apply for visitation on Saturdays, visit time is from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. The 2nd Saturday of each month is family education and visitation is from 10:00am until 11:45am.

Visitation has to be approved by staff, submit request on Tuesday and staff will return request later in the day. On the request specific details are required such as .visitors that are coming on property, where you will be going, and any items that are being brought back on property which must be pre-approved by staff. Dining where alcoholic beverages are served is prohibited. Visiting homes of family members and/or friends is prohibited. Shopping has to be pre-approved by staff. Every resident is an individual and circumstances may be different concerning decisions that are made by staff. No asking your families to bring items to property without permission from staff first.

VISITATION FOR OVER 90 DAYS

Residents over 90 days are allowed a 4 hour visit from 12:00pm until 4:00pm with the option of Saturday or Sunday, families may attend chapel services with you, then you may leave the property. The 2nd and 4th Thursday nights are family education at the Dudley location. Family days are the 3rd Saturday of each month for the women's and 2nd saturday each month for the men's. Visitation must be approved by staff with specific detail stating which day you are requesting a visit, who will be visiting, items being brought back, and where you will be going on your visit. Residents can request to attend church services off the property with family with specific details.

Residents can apply for one T.L. per month at home with family. Everyone is an individual and decisions are made at staffs discretion. Dining where alcoholic beverages are served is prohibited. Visiting homes of family and friends is prohibited while on a visit. Shopping requires pre-approval by staff first. Activities for the day have to be approved by staff first

OUTINGS WITH VOLUNTEER

Resident will be expected to act appropriate, following all the rules that pertain to Promise of Hope rules. No conversations with the public. All residents should hold each other accountable, and all residents should respect the volunteer. Remember if nothing changes in your behavior then nothing is changing on the inside. Respect all places of business and other's homes. You are allowed off property visits with your sponsor with approval from staff.
